This year Corsica hosts (again after a long time) the first race of the 2010 Rotor Cyclotour Challenge. It's an open to all week-end and anyone can participate as different level itineraries are proposed. We offer you the chance to grab this opportunity for an extended week-end on Corsica.
We take care of your hotel (2* or 3*, see options), dinners and subscription. We also offer the possibility to do the recce (followed by an assistance van) of the stage on Friday, and a Corsica cycling outfit. |
Day 1 Arrival at Bastia
Depending on your arrival time, you can jump on your bike and get your legs moving. Or you just take some time to visit the city. The Citadelle and the old harbour are worth to be seen. That's also where you'll have diner.

Day 2 Recce the race
Today we lead you around the Cap Corse on the itinerary of Sundays stage. We provide an assistance van (technical support and supplies) in order to put you in the best conditions for a good recce of the stage. So you will be well prepared for Sunday.

Day 3 Easy day
After breakfast you can hang out a bit, explore or do some shopping. You have to pick-up your starting number from 1pm on, and the start of the first loop (55km, +900m) is planned from 2pm on. This is just a group ride, no official race.

Day 4 Serious things

Start of the small loop and the "leisure group"
100km and +1400m.

Start of the big loop "official race"
140km and +1700m.
Awards and after-race planned at 3:30pm

Day 5 End of the trip
After breakfast a transfer to the airport is organized. You will get back home with your race certificate and maybe with a prize depending on your race the previous day!
